★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst fish and chips I’ve had. The shop got my order wrong and then tried to overcharge me. Everything was soggy and dripping with oil. Ordered some muscles and they still had beards on them… would not recommend.

Im new to the area and was SO excited to find a gluten free fish and chip shop, not just fish, but hot dog and donuts too!!!
I ordered on the phone and turned up to retrieve my food... Long story short, the man was extremely rude, after telling me I hadn't made a phone order (which is fine-mistakes happen) but became pretty angry then took a phone order, to then finish the phone call and tell me he wasn't going to serve me. Totally baffled!! I asked to speak to another staff member, but the woman out the back didn't want to come forward and the man just kept yelling 'no'.
This ofcourse mustn't be everyone's experience, but I highly do not recommend wasting your time with these people.
I am all for giving locally, and would have been a regular customer, so they have missed out.
Of course I can't rate the food, but I certainly won't be going again to try.
