★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and reserved 3 waverunners to rent for an hour. We were told to arrive from 330-4 to utilize the waverunners. Upon arriving at 3:38, we were told they had already offered our waverunners to other customers because we were "late". I get that maybe that's they're policy, but they had not communicated that to us and we were expecting to ride waverunners for an hour. Seems to me that they did not care about us or whether we got to use the waverunners and that they feast on unknowing tourists who have never used their service before. Pretty disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife & I came to the Queenstown area for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. We’ve had the pleasure of staying right on the lakes edge in Frankton. Each day we’ve seen the amazing watercraft cruising around the water. Today (3/2/19) the adventure seeker in me just had to go and take a JetSki out. The overal experience was fantastic. Firstly want to commend Seth on his happy and outgoing personality. Seth went out of his way to make every part of the experience enjoyable and hassle free. Thanks mate!
The JetSki was awesome, brand new as far as I could tell and super powerful 1100cc. I’m a big fella and I was still able to manage a top speed of 51mph (82km/h) if that’s your thing.
What I really appreciated the most though, was the cruising area, it was huge, plenty of space and the fresh water made it super enjoyable too. Nice and cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved a boat and wakeboard to hire, but when we arrived there was no wakeboard and we had to wait 30 while the guy went and borrowed the board and a rope from another place. The board was split in 2 longways so it was too flexible and caught a lot of water making it very difficult to use. The wetsuits were very old and full of holes too. After all this, and returning the place 2hrs early (thanks to the dead wakeboard) they wouldn't give us any refund and still charged us $25 for the petrol. If they had made the board or the gas free to compensate for their previous mishap then all would have been ok but they passed up the chance completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented the smaller boat from them. They explained everything well and told us where to go, what to avoid, etc and how to use it (as it was our first time). Friendly staff although it seems like their staff changes regularly. Booking is essential as they do not have a lot of hire items available. People say their services are expensive, but compared to other services they seem to be one of the cheapest. The only thing that that is misleading is that their boats look nothing like the pictures on the site, although this didn't change my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired a JetSki for an hour and what an amazing experience! Seth was so helpful and friendly gave us instructions that were easy to follow. We went out in the morning and for most of the hour we were the only ones on the entire lake. We went to Bobs cove which was amazing! -The water was like glass. Highly recommend this.
