★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with our experience with Wendekreisen and its team! Friendly service, good instructions of camper and its features and lenient on drop off time on a Sunday. The camper (Budget 4 Berth) was very comfortable and had plenty of storage space and everything you need for a winter get away. The heaters worked well and kept us and our dog warm. We'll definitely use Wendekreisen again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired a Freedom 4 in January 2021. The booking, pick up and drop off procedures were quick and easy, and all the staff we dealt with were great.
The van itself was clean, quiet and well equipped. The particular advantage of this van is the proper rear car seats with isofix for child seats. I've been recommending this company and van to everyone since! Will definitely rent again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, it was a good experience. The vehicle was in great condition and was a pleasure to drive. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly at every interaction.
We are a family of 4 with children 3 and 9. And hired the Koru Star 4 Freedom van.
I think that the design of the vehicle makes the most of the space, but unfortunately the bed is a bit too short for me (187cm) but would suit shorter people fine. Also the upper bed was a bit longer so for different groups this may not have caused any discomfort. Also, there is limited storage for clothes and equipment in this layout, but plenty of room for food and kitchenware.
I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to drive and manoeuvre the van. You really were not aware of the length or height at all. There was some effort needed to find suitable parking, but I did not struggle at all but would not want to try taking it into a big city... still that is not really a common destination when campervanning so not really an issue!
There were only a few things which mean that I can't give 5 stars. The vehicle was not ready despite the fact we arrived to collect it over an hour after it was requested. I do understand it was a busy day, but still not really good enough. The result of this was our departure was delayed and the vehicle was missing some supplies. No cleaning products (brush, dish washing items etc.) Also, the briefing was rushed meaning I had to call support for extra help. (This service was extremely good and answered my questions and resolved the problem in short order). The TV did not work, which was not a problem for us but might have been a problem if the weather had turned bad. Finally the power cable was far too short as it was barely longer than the vehicle which meant I had to swap with a Britz van in order to get power and a view.
Personally I think we will look at a wider design next time around but would be happy to consider using Wenderkreisen again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome company.very helpful organization.we booked for two weeks,the freedom4 berth camper was a breeze to use.also very economical.good for going off grid,the heater worked well.we only used one campground in the two weeks we had it.from the transfer at the airport to pickup camper and the ladies at the office on both pickup and returns were very friendly no worries attitudes .thank you Lisa &orlando.

Big solar panel capacity meant we never had to plug in. We had an accident and they were very understanding, quickly arranging a new van for us. Super friendly and efficient staff.
