β β β β β Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.

β β β β β Staff members are efficient, and reasonably friendly; despite not too talkative. Parking spaces are quite limited and a bit confusing. You need to focus to find the entrance; and the driveway is one way, so carefully pass-through the parking spaces are you will have to turn around through busy road once you miss it. Remember to bring your ID when picking up your parcel.

β β β β β Was meant to deliver package - we were home and missed the package. Opened the front door to find the guy had put the card on the door even though we were there. Then went to pick it up later that day but they said it was still with the driver, which was fine, we told the lady we'll come back to pick it up tomorrow. When we came back the next day they said it was with the driver again - they hadn't dropped it off at the office. A whole lot of running around = poor service

β β β β β -1 star! Was told they came and no one was home when I clearly saw the van drove in so I waited at the door but they drove off again. I quickly called to check and was told they couldn't get hold of the driver and the only way to get my package was to collect it myself... smh!

β β β β β Poor to non existent customer service. I never got my package delivered at my address and never received a card to call. When I went into the depot I didn't have my tracking number handy and the person didn't seem interested to help at all. If you are in a customer facing role at least try, he had a very poor attitude. Will feed this back to the companies that uses courier post

CourierPost is a courier service of NZ Post. This branch is well located over Rosebank road and can be easily spotted on the roadside from a moving vehicle in normal traffic. Convenient location and easily accessible.
Well managed and nicely maintained.
Customers are allowed to collect the deliveries from the reception after providing the identity proof.
Good ambience. Helpful and friendly staff. Fast and efficient service.
In case delivery at your address is missed because of your absence or no response to door knock, due to their protocol, deliverer will not call your phone to check and leave a 'Call to Collect' card at the doorstep or mailbox.
Card as well as cash payments are accepted at this branch.
Spacious parking area with ample parking space. Wheelchair parking is available and there is wheelchair accessible entrance.

β β β β β Every time I missed the drop at home, then I have to come here. I think the team here try their best to serve the customer, as long as you have the ticket. Came here once without the ticket and they did not able to help much. Kinda expecting this since you dont want somebody else who you not knowing to check on the items delivered to you. Parking is easy, always got one free at least.

β β β β β I had a package that didn't arrive at it's destination so I investigated into it and came back to this depot where I initially dropped off the package. The team that served me prior to my visit (the week before) felt so bad and said that they tried multpile ways to contact me to explain why the package didn't arrive. It was a legitimate reason, as to why it didn't arrive though. Overall I was very happy with how they dealt with the situation...well done to the team.
