★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to to post shop today at 4.30 pm and had to send a parcel, I am not if the attended was lazy or really did not know how to do a basic task of accepting a parcel and processing it, he asked me to to come tomorrow, as someone would know how to do it. You should spend time on training your staff if they are not trained to do a basic task like this.
