A history of innovation
Post Haste has been looking after New Zealand's courier needs for over 40 years now, beginning as Armourguard Security way back in 1977. We were one of the first courier companies to blaze a trail in New Zealand, and have been innovating since the 1970s. Since then, so much has changed, yet at our heart we remain the same – a Kiwi business with strong Kiwi values of doing it right by our customers.
The brand
In 2020 we made the decision to re-fresh the brand logo in an effort to not only refresh the image but to refresh our business attitude by investment in our customers, operations and innovation technology that supports both.
It is important that our brand reflects the major factors that influence our business and the pathway that has been created to achieve our goals.
The fern, an iconic symbol that represents our commitment to New Zealand business and the people that grow them. At Post Haste this two-tone fern with its soft edges is a reflection of our business approach. Kiwi centric, based on the strength of relationships between our customers and ourselves and the road we travel together.

β β β β β Attempted to leave parcel at home. However no safe location was found to leave parcel, so they left a card, all was good.
Until.
I'd called to re-deliver to my work address instead and said it would be delivered the next day (Thursday), aaaaand it wasn't delivered.
Called up and said I'd pick up on Friday at 12pm to which they agreed.
Went to Rosebank road branch, sh*t of a place to find, as their sign is so small and off the busy as road.
When I arrived, and waited for sometime, they told me that it is with the courier for delivery, so I drove back to work and waited the entire day for delivery (Friday)...no hope, so was thinking delivery would be Monday.
PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED AT MY WORKPLACE ON MY ROSTERED DAY OFF AT WORK, IN THE MOST UN-SAFE PLACE WHERE ANYONE COULD STEAL THE PACKAGE.
will request future deliveries to never be done with post haste.

β β β β β Would give negative if could. 8 days to delivery a parcel picked up from less than 10km from my house. Yes, had to be posted as we are in lockdown due to covid. I suppose Bunnings should be looking for another delivery company as at the end of the day it looks bad for bunnings as wells.

β β β β β I could run a better service from my garden shed. Their name should be changed to "Post Late". Have advised the shipper to change courier companies which they have confirmed is already being done. My package was picked up from Kingsland to be delivered to Avondale and took 5 days and 5 phone calls. Using covid19 as an excuse is not acceptable and professional any more. Looking forward to them being acquired by a professional logistics company because we deserve a better service.

β β β β β I was supposed to get my item in by Friday, but the courier driver marked it as "RCLOS - Receiver Closed. Please contact your local branch." by 10:40AM, I contacted Post Haste soon after that and they replied by saying "It should be there with you in the evening", but nothing arrived that day. Monday came and it still says the same on their tracking website, I contacted them again and told them why they lied to me about getting the item by Friday, the lady on the phone was rude and hung up on the phone saying "It's not an essential item".
Very unprofessional, very rude staff and the courier driver must be a joke. I'm still waiting for my item to arrive, it shouldn't even take this long. Wish I could give 0 stars, really frustrated.

But in the world we live, where getting document from A to B for work is kind of essencial, having an overnight delivery that doesn't even turn up after five days, is not good enough. I understand you have a lot of orders, but it is your job to guaratee deliveries, if not overnight at least the day after. You need to understand that you are a cog, and if you do not work properly, you will affect all other cogs. Now I'm stuck not being able to do my work!
