Had my first service done and the service team are just as great as the sales team.
Going the extra mile so that I could pick my car up after they closed by dropping it off at the sales yard. Thank you all ?????

Otherwise very happy with the purchased vehicle. Sadly, after sales service failed to follow-up email re financial issue. Communications issues? Will do regular servicing elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would stay well clear of this place. We had the worst experience after spending almost $40,000 on a brand new outlander. Brand new vehicle delivered to us with the accessories missing and incorrectly painted blackout which cost us $2000! We sent it back for the accessories and black out to be fixed only for them to deliver it to us with a scratched front bumper, damaged trim, scratched monsoons which were supposedly brand new, oil dripping down the rear tailgate and a roof spoiler that was incorrectly fitted (we found this out 5 months later when it rained) and subsequently leaked water into the car. Suffice it to say that this place didn't deserve $1 of our money. Absolute cowboys. BTW Dhaval was the salesman, he also tried to indemnify the dealership of any wrong doing by making a little video of how we apparently left the vehicle in this state. We did get a small refund for this, as it was clearly their own fault. At the end of the day they are, untrustworthy, and negligent, with little regard for other peoples vehicles. Absolute disgrace. We should of demanded a full refund after the first failed delivery.
