I purchased my vehicle from out of town so I relied on the sales person to do a honest description of the vehicle. The deal was done over the phone and email . I drove to Auckland to collect it and I was very happy with the whole deal and the way I was treated at the dealership.

Just bought a new korando from western SSANGYONG Dinesh the salesman was great to deal with not being to pushy but happy to help if we had questions.From trade in to finance was pretty seamless . I note that some reviewers have a bit to say about the servicing as I haven’t yet needed this I hope that our experience is not of the same as it would really let down the sales staff and front end

Sales team are great, after sales and service "parts and service" are almost the worst I've dealt with. I was told on purchase we would get a years rego we got 6mths, I let this slide. How ever I was also told they would service the car and fix any problems and get a warrant. My guess is they have someone giving warrants as after only doing 15000kms I have had to replace both front and back breaks as they were metal on metal. Don't be in a hurry for any after service once you drive away.

Had no issues their end, it was me! I had to change the times and days for the service due to Ssangyong having no courtesy vehicles available but they were good about it. They even swapped wheels for me too. Came back clean ish. Would be good to be able to have a valet available to save me time. Book in way ahead to get a courtesy vehicle it saves the hassle and cost of Uber. Happy with price too and felt better at getting it done by the dealer anyway.

Excellent service. The sales team were great , particularly Aileen, who was so helpful and informative, always there to answer any questions. I am also completely happy with buying the Rexton, which is a fantastic car. Thank you to Aileen and the team for the very special effort they made for me when I collected the car. It is much appreciated and valued. I can't recommend Western SsangYong enough, they provide a completely professional service and are a genuinely excellent company.
