★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a bike from these guys last year. It was a complete dunger -- the suspension didn't work at all. It really made my experience of the trail disappointing. Friends want to rent bikes this year. I've told them not to hire from these guys under any circumstances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We caught the train, stayed the night and went biking. We decided to try electric bikes for the first time, feeling a little guilty that we were being a bit lazy (both in our 70's!!). We thought they were great, went further, and now considering purchasing. The biking round Greymouth most enjoyable, great scenery, and staff at West Coast Trail Path Outfitter very helpful. All the people we met and talked to along the way very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rode the 4 day West Coast rail trail which was full organised by Paul at the West Coast RTCP Outfitters. Fantastic riding trails, good accommodation, beautiful scenery and well worth every drop of sweat. Bikes were ok but wished we had our own. Thanks Paul and Richard.
