Located next to McDonalds. Servers great Cantonese home style food. Recommend the chicken cashew and beef chow mien. All dishes including fried rice all good size servings.

I was very sceptical when I walked into what feels like my grandparents house in the early 1990s however my wife and I proceed with the potential risk and ordered. We got our food to go and by surprise the meal was hot and not too bad! Also they are the best take away chop sticks I have ever used!

Wonderful service but unfortunately the fish and chips me and my cousin received wasn’t. The fish and chips were undercooked and full of oil. The sizes were small underwhelming but I do have to give them credit with using hoki and not rig.

This is a very dirty restaurant . Very watery food as well. I visited only one time for lunch .Anyone shouldn't go there I hope. Very dirty toilet as well.

Simple, cheap food served hot and tasty. We dined in and were well served.

Chow mein with no veges, greasy cheese pineapple burger with little or no cheese, took mask off, what's not to like

On good Friday it was a struggle to find something open for dinner in the small coastal town of Greymouth. We relied on what looked like the only Chinese restaurant in town to be open for a hot meal (aside from the one pub which had an hour wait and a small handful of fast food chains. The decor inside isn’t the most modern and is a bit run down. We ordered the bbq pork chow mein which was ok, I was expecting the noodles to be wok fried and crispy but they were just boiled and soggy. The chicken foo young omlette had very little chicken, there was a lot of cabbage inside. And no gravy, braised sauce, unlike others I’ve eaten. Not the best, but at least it was a hot meal.

Wouldn't even give this place 1 star...The sweet n sour pork was terrible as was the fried rice. Both dishes didn't even come close to the pictures. And the majority was binned.. The fish n chips were so greasy as if they had been cooked in underheated oil/ old oil. The worst waste of $45 on food ever
