β β β β β Went to this ASB on a Saturday to get some cash out for a car I had purchased off trademe. The teller told me they do not give out cash on the weekend only weekdays. So a bank that holds my money will not give it to me unless I visit during hours that suits themβ¦. What an absolute joke. The teller could not even give me a legitimate reason for this!

β β β β β Super impressed by the efficiency of our bank teller Vivien. She was very helpful opening up bank accounts for our 2 young children. Very informative and professional, checking to make sure others customers knew to line up in the main line when they came in. Thank you!

β β β β β Super impressed by the services bank officer Vivien! I came to open business account with ASB and was told the slow services provided by ASB. However, Vivienβs speed was incredible! She is the most efficient bank officer Iβve ever meet! Thanks for the excellent services given! I hope ASB can hire more people like her!

The atm deposit machine wasn't taking my notes to deposit so my son and I stood in line to see a teller.
An asb representative named James came out and asked me what my query was. I told him the deposit atm machine wasn't taking my notes. He was very helpful and told me that sometimes the machine doesn't take notes if they are very straight. So he helped me with depositing the notes in the atm machine and it worked. He was very friendly and even asked what we were doing for the day. As we left he told my son to enjoy his time at swimming. I wish there were more People like James that go 110% to help people. Well done James.. Thanks for your help! Give James a pay rise!!!!!

β β β β β Rarely visit the sylvia park ASB branch but when I do to make a deposit or withdrawal the staff are welcoming and it isn't busy even during the afternoons on a Friday. Recommended if you want to deposit or withdraw without the hassle at the counter.
