The start of the track has a good car park and the walk way is quite flat although it can be a bit wet in places after rain all the river crossing are bridged. Take a torch as there is a short tunnel on the way and some old mines to look into.

We finished the track in longer than expected as we kept stopping for pics and the views but overall it was a very nice walk, mostly flat until the very end near the waterfall with the caves and tunnel being fun extras giving it a unique experience, I would recommend giving it a go

Lovely 3 hour walk alongside a river. Super quiet. I didn't bump into anyone at all. Relatively flat bar a few fallen trees and streams to climb over. Walking through the tunnel on route was pretty scary as a solo female but its only about 15 metres long so you get out quickly. No mobile signal in the forest itself. Make sure you take snacks /water. And most importantly the bridge to the water fall is out of order so i basically trecked for 1.5 hours to see a closed bridge. Plenty else to enjoy though especially the beautiful sound of the stream as you walk past and lots of birds.

Awesome walking track, be careful as the track is slippy and hard to get to at times. We went on 13/11/21 and when we reached the bridge at the very end of the track it was closed due to helicopters operating. So if your main goal is to get to the waterfall don't go at the moment. They should really have a sign at the start if the walking track

great walk . about 3 hr s return but easy rolling ground . no phone service (even better) went for a swim in the water fall . the bridge to go further was closed. this was a shame but still well worth it ?

Lovely, fun walk with heaps of different things to explore. We went on a nice autumn day and saw so many cute large mushrooms. It’s cool to walk near the river the whole way, and there isn’t much up-hill. Cool caves, tunnels and amazing waterfalls to explore.
