★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst service. Brought my son over due to a possible concussion but they made us wait for more that 4hours while the doctor just sat on her computer. I do understand emergencies and that other people get seen first but this was ridiculous . I won’t be surprised if people died here due to the lack of care. Extremely terrible medics care provider with high fees. Even the reception staff are terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refused treatment for a fractured skull due to a minor cough of over 6 weeks duration with two previous negative covid tests. Had to wait 10 hours to go to my own GP after driving myself to white cross and it was still bleeding when I saw my GP 10 hours later. Cant say this was anything above poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed. Came here with my one year old son with vomiting. This place was suggested by the Plunkett nurse. My boy was gagging or retching for almost 2 hrs and the rude receptionist didn't even hear us properly. Was told to go to Henderson because of protocols which I understand, but there is a way to say it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with a relatively minor injury and it happened to be a really busy day. The wait time was about 2 hours BUT when I was seen I was treated with so much respect and kindness that I forgot all about the wait. It amazes me that people can be this run off their feet and this underappreciated and still have an awesome sense of humour and kindness to give. Thank you to everyone, in particular the funny and kind triage nurse and the lovely nurse who patched me up. You are all incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most farcical experience I’ve had with a hospital service yet. My partner was referred here for an X-ray. We first went to the obviously labeled radiology centre which was open, started to complete the paperwork and then had the receptionist suddenly say “oh there’s no one here”. You’ll have to go up to the other radiology office.
After getting to this new location, we were told by the rude receptionist that this was actually radiation, not radiology and not only was radiology somewhere completely different than where the first receptionist had said but this second location was also closed.
Nothing on their website or phone about these closures and no kind of apology or support from the staff. The other 1 star reviews are accurate! Avoid this place like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to send a huge compliment to the 2 ladies at the reception at White cross-Mercy Ascot. It was busy but the two ladies were very kind and professional.Wait time was long but they kept asking "Are you okay".
The lady who was wearing a black top at the reception,thank you very much.,you really made a difficult situation for me easy .You smiled all the way.
