Worst experience ever here and in fact all white cross healthcare, 4 nurses here and still taking 2 hours to see me ..I have clearly told them I am.dizzy and nausea but still no care .... NZ public system is the worst I have seen man ...seriously hospital take 7 hours , white cross takes 4 hours... sort the emergency out

Doctors and nurses are great, only downfall was when we arrived at 8.30pm, the receptionist told us they turned away 10 patients already as they close at 10pm, wasnt much people in the waiting room and i was sure we would be seen before closing time. We stayed, saw a nurse and doctor within under an hour. Maybe the receptionist wanted to go home on time to have a cup of tea, but she shouldnt turn away patience who come in seeking medical help. We could of gone straight to the hosp but why would you if you know it aint urgent enough to go. By reading all the reviews on the receptionist, now i know exactly what people are on about. She needs to improve on her customer service, otherwise stay out the back and clean.

I had an injury in my knee and the pain was horrible, I went there and the nurse was racist and arrogant. She said I came late and must hurry up then they sent me to another branch which was the waiting time 4 hrs at least. I will make a formal complaint against her to office of the health and disability commission.

Worse place to visit for after hours , staff are rude and not helpful, told them have a baby still they not bothered at all waiting for over 3hours and still waiting , it’s not like first come first serve, the doctors and nurse they all standing talking about there funding and shift during the urgent care rather then attending patients , these old people , children s waiting and we are paying for service still we have to put up with this waiting for hours , very unprofessional. And they advertise as URGENT CARE

They close at 8 pm, but I arrived with my 4-year-old at 7:45 pm and the receptionist just said they were not attending any more patients. She didn't care about the patient's age, just wanted to go home.

Definitely will not be returning. I had called health line and told them I had been vomiting for over 12 hours and I couldn't even drink water because I threw that back up so they told me to come here and I did and I explained this and I still had to wait 4 hours to be seen and given something that didn't even help? All I got was a saches hudrsting packet and I threw that up too and am still sick and dehydrated. You guys need to sort out your emergency things because someone who can't keep water down is classified as urgent rather than leaving them to struggle even standing up because of no energy

The worst A & E. Couldnt get through on the phone at all. Don't think the receptionist knows how to answer the phone. Husband took my daughter in as she was in alot of pain. After filling in the forms the RECEPTIONIST tried sending them away. Even after my husband told her how much pain my 13 year old was in she said she just had to wait her turn in the carpark in the car!! Ended up taking her to starship and she was taken through straight away. Is the receptionist a nurse? NO shes not. So she shouldn't be assessing how bad the patient is. ?

Difficult to phone. As a registered patient for the last year they rarely pick up the phone so trying to book an appointment with your GP is almost impossible. On 3 occasions I have had to drive in while sick to book an appointment after trying almost all day to get through on the phone. Have previously mentioned this to the main doctor and in a survey sent out Outside of that the doctors have been great, just booking in with them is a hard task. over the phone, it would be good if they could at least pick up the phone and ask you to hold the line.
