β β β β β Had made a purchase of a shirt for myself in the Richmond Branch. Saw another in ChCh in a different colour but not my size. They phoned through to Hanmer shop - wow, the item arrived within 2 days to my home address and was securely packaged from the weather etc. Happy to recommend. Also enclosed was a note from the shop re contact details if all was not well. Many thanks Hanmer Wild South.

β β β β β I am so sorry to give this review. We were in the store for quite some time. I had to get different sizes of several garments myself, was never approached for service at all. Two girls were behind the counter, on their phones at times and had no interest at all in us. Probably would have bought if encouraged. Interaction with customers is a must.

β β β β β Horrific non existent service. The other reviews sadly are true and reflective of our experience in store. I was in there for at least 15 minutes, was not acknowledged once not even so much as looked at. Two girls in there more interested in talking amongst themselves, standing around listlessly or looking at their phones. I almost didn't want to purchase something because they were so terrible but bought a $200 jacket- she still couldn't manage so much as a hello and the only sentence she could manage was "that'll be 199". Nice products, get new staff
