★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wishbone has got to be the worst example of a cafe ever. They have very little competition within the hospital environment and it shows. Staff are surly, service is slow and their opening hours seem to be centered around the needs and wants of the staff as opposed to the customers. And to top it all off the costs of their fare is high for such mediocre quality. Its about time that the hospital provided access to a cafe service that is readily available on weekends and later into the evening. Patients and their families do not get sick only within working hours people....I will use Mojo at the hospital anytime in preference to Wishbone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todays trip to Wishbone was not great.
Called in for a takeaway coffee before my appointmint, after waiting for arountmd quarter of an hour with no sign of it turning up flagged.
The bloke making the coffees seemed to be in no hurry or concerned that I had waited so long.
I understand there was one there, of which I ordered but he done his best to give it to the lady who ordered after me.
She even told him it was more than likely mine.
Been there a few times prior and found ok, or average but ok.
Very unlikely to go back.
Slow services and some staff that didnt seem to worried.
Worked all my life in retail, so know what good service involves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing food offering and service at 10 past 5 on a Wednesday evening. I stood looking hopeful at counter for longer than reasonable and had to call to "busy" staff who were enjoying more food than I was. It appeared that the business really wanted to close at 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend contracted Giardia from the Wishbone at Wellington Hospital three weeks ago and I ate there yesterday and started vomiting with stomach cramps early morning. Very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop in for a quick coffee before my appointment, friendly staff that give good customer service.I did not need to wait long for my coffee so that was great. The Only problem is and this is with all Wishbones around New Zealand the food is little expensive for what you are getting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will start with the staff... They are LOVELY! however what is not lovely is the prices! NEVER I have ever paid so much for coffees. Over $11 for a large mocha and $7.30 for a regular soy latte. STEER CLEAR!!!! Nowhere in Wellington will you pay this much for coffee. I am shocked at the fact the owner is okay at charging so much in a freaking hospital!!! Taking advantage
