★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the most pleasant experience in such a long time.I went in to winz in orewa today just wanting to copy and certify things for proof of a card but the lasy at front desk was so friendly and helpfull she even copied things for me did it all online and sent the form off for me without any hassle.she saved me a lot of issues.whish i took her name down so i could weite the review about her.was a great experience thank you so much for the great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to apply for a Supergold card and was attended to very efficiently after a wait of maybe 5 minutes. No problems. Very friendly and helpful staff helped me with one small hiccup with the info I had brought along with me. All round a very quick and pleasant experience.

I was there at 0845 26/04/22 & the blonde woman on the front desk couldn't do enough to try to defer me so that she could get rid of me. When finally a superannuation representative (a woman with a grey bob), deigned to see me, she couldn't have been less interested in helping me. She showed absolutely no compassion, was rude, dismissive & condescending. They both tried to tell me that their office didn't help with the form I was asking about, yet the form clearly states that WINZ is the office to approach if needing help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A predator free fenced sanctuary on Auckland's doorstep(40 mins North at end of Whangaparaoa Peninsular) with a lovely white sandy Beach, bush walks, 2 camp grounds ($20 per night for a couple) strictly no pets, love the call of Kiwis in the still of night and wake up to a high tide morning swim! Day trippers welcome but must leave before 9pm. Book with Auckland Council, we'll worth a couple of nights.
