The lady I was talking to had this terrible attitude towards me.
Feeling sick to my stomach that this place that's meant to help people is so bitter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desk staff are dismissive and treat you like an annoyance. One of the case workers however, Mary, was an absolutely lovely person. She went above and beyond, even allowing rescheduling on days when I had anxiety attacks.
