⑴ the stereo can't be turned off,
⑵ stereo doesn't hold it's programing after being turned off,
⑶ Clock never holds it's time after ignition off,
⑷ loud pop in speakers when turning ignition off,
Good and friendly to deal with initially, but then when I arrived for my appointment I was told an hour later after waiting that a more important customer needed to be done first and I'd have to make another appointment.
This didn't include one prior appointment cancelled due to staff not arriving.
Additional appointment made and job done, but absolutely no after sales service
Been trying to get Wrack to resolve these issues and they constantly ignore my calls and emails so I'm having to take them to court under the consumer guarantees Act for work done not fit for service.
Extremely disappointing, but typical for a Whangarei business.
Would not recommend Wrack unless you're desperate.
