I understand they like to use fresh and real ingredients but wish their brown sugar tea latte with mousse was a bit creamier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by to get some pearl milk tea since a friend said that this place was quite nice. I spent a while looking at the menu outside since there were quite a few options which looked really interesting. As I was waiting in line I saw one of the special flavours and ended up trying that. It was a taro oolong milk tea with coconut milk. It did take a while to get the drink made. They were busy and it looked like one of the staff was fairly new. I had it as a takeaway but they did have a nice seating area inside, albeit a bit small.
The tea looked just like the picture, amazing layers. The drink was alright. I was expecting more of a coconut hit. the taro was the mashed one and it was mostly nice but there were a few larger starchy pieces. The best part was at the end trying to suck out the taro mixed with the oolong and the coconut since it had quite a nice flavour. It was a nice place for bubble tea and would be keen to sit there and try some of their other flavours.

This afternoon we decided to try this shop out. One drink, we ordered pearls and coconut jelly, and there was no pearls. Two drinks were ordered hot, and it was only warm. We had also ordered one warm drink, it was almost cold. All of them had a very strong weird taste, and it almost made us sick. The drink taste was appalling, it gave a headache. Very bad quality compared to competitors, the worst bubble tea we’ve ever had in Balmoral. Would never go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a bubble tea fan but this is my favourite bubble tea store. The staff are excellent, they're helpful and happy to answer any questions no matter how silly, they offer great tea suggestions and talk about their favourites too.
The range is extensive with lots of different toppings and different milk options including plant milk. Vegan friendly, well priced, and delicious ?
