★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frederique’s teaching is very precise and the flow is built slowly from soft energy release through more ‘Yang’ style exercise before surrendering to the final shavasana. With years of knowledge of the body, muscles and fascia, she is able to design a very effective Yoga session, changing the flow all the time, according to the students … On top of this she is my lovely wife and I really love it.

It's been a wonderful way to improve my strength and flexibility while meeting some of the loveliest Point Chevalier locals.
