★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never go to this shoe store again. I ordered a pair of shoes. After a month I hadn't heard anything so I rang them. It took them 2 days to find my order in their system. Eventually they did and said they hadn't arrived yet. Two months after I ordered them they arrived. (Not their fault that it took so long). They rang and left a message that I could come and get them. Before I got there they sold them to someone else. Their systems are so archaic that they can't keep their stock in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute vital and important shoe store. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave a lot of assistance. The shoes are amazing, so soft, so comfortable, well worth the price. Most shoes are orthotic/brace friendly and easy to put on and off. Very important. These shoes helped me feel human again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic selection of attractive and comfortable shoes, with a great range of colours and styles. Some fits are extra wide to accommodate a wider foot, but still attractive in style, and a number of the designs have cushioning for comfort. In person service is excellent and they are also super fast with online deliveries.

We were so lucky to be helped by Debbie who was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very patient.
We left the store with 2 pairs of fabulous footwear for my Mum, both of which are a game changer for her in terms of comfort and suitability for her problem feet.
Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this shoe store and Debbie’s outstanding customer service.
