★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broth is good. Food is tasty. Price is average with some items rather overpriced. Would be better if they improved the air conditioning as it is a little stuffy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotpot is good, but the price is ridiculous. They charge $3 per person for sauce and service even you don't use sauce. On top of this there will be another 15% service fee on public holidays. This 15% will also include the above $3 surcharge.
No air conditioning in shop, you WILL melt in summer, considering how much extra surcharge there is I would expect a better dining environment.
The rice with sausage slices tastes sub par considering how many Auckland shops can do it better with cheaper price.
