Currently we have fully functional repair lines for Apple IPhone, IPad, Samsung, Huawei, Mi and Oppo. We are actively expanding the service to cover more lines of digital devices. We have repair centres throughout the country that support drop off and courier. We have a team of certified, experienced (10years+) engineers who are familiar with theories as well as hardware structure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixed my phone at first and was satisfied with it but other functions on my phone kept breaking and getting sent for repair. In the end they somehow managed to make my WiFi and GPS reception awful and then had no idea how to fix it and it's extremely frustrating

Came with a friend for her to get a screen replacement done at Albany and then 2 days later dropped my phone on carpet from less than 1m and the entire left side is black. Went into the same branch and another worker (Arjun) said the best he could do was offer a 50% discount on the next repair. I spoke with him over the phone and he gave terrible attitude and told me to speak to “head office” and then hung up before giving a number. Got my friend to ask for the number, called “head office” (who I’m fairly sure was just a family member as they did not respond by saying they were head office) who said the only time they offer refunds is if a phone has been fixed THREE MORE TIMES and is still faulty. Meaning you’d have to spend $800 before you get a refund (knowing fully well no one is going to do this).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my oneplus 5T for repair, and it took them 3 weeks to fix the screen and costed$250. That would have been fine if it was fixed and working, HOWEVER I got my phone back with a broken screen and 1 month later it stopped working and when I told them that, they said nothing can be done but fix it again for $230. Horrible warranty! Would not recommend to get your phone fixed here.

They said we could use cash, so we used cashless payment. The phone still had clips & rubber bands attached to it, was told to leave them on for 3hrs. We left & noticed our sim card slot was missing. They forgot to put it back in the phone. ALL FOR $90
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed the screen urgently repaired/ replaced on my Samsung A31 after I dropped it putting on a facemask. The guy there fixed it nicely and for a reasonable price, $160 for a complete screen replacement, took less than two hours, and was very helpful and pleasant, bearing with me when I couldnt get the SIM card and SD card to work which he sorted as well. Spent some time to see if he had a suitable case for me afterwards, unfortunately he didnt but I appreciate that he tried. Great service, I will definitely use them again if I drop my phone yet again putting on a facemask...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never leave your mobile phone to these unprofessional people. I have had a nightmare since I dropped my phone to them for a repair on 10th April. It took 47 days to get my phone back after all the lies and excuses from their manager Iris. It ended with losing all my photos and informations by their poor skills and irresponsible attitudes without an apology. The manager Iris just simply got disappeared and did not pick up phone calls anymore. The most terrible and unacceptable experiences I have ever had. Job number 134243.
