β β β β β Very clean and my unit has a disabled bathroom. Unfortunately, the WiFi is switched off off when the office closes at 9pm so if you want to work or watch TV on Demand after hours you have switch over to mobile data.

β β β β β Fantastic motel experience. Plenty of options on Riccarton Road in Christchurch but this one appealed most to me of all of them and the whole experience didn't let me down. Very tidy room and modern facilities. Very handy to local amenities as well. Thanks Amanda!

β β β β β We have just had a weekend in Christchurch and were very pleased with our choice of accommodation. Our hosts, Heather & Alan and their grandchildren were extremely helpful and informative, the room was nicely decorated and appointed and warm. I was a bit concerned about potential road noise as Riccarton Road is one of the busiest roads, but barely heard a thing. All in all having a nice, comfortable place to call home for a few days was wonderful.

β β β β β Was here for 2 nights. It was a nice tidy little place we had a self contained room. Small kitchen area as you entered had a couple of hotplates for cooking, microwave and all the utensils we needed. Fridge was a good size with a freezer at the top. Lounge area was good TV with sky, had a heat pump that worked on a 2 hr timer for heating and cooling, cooling worked well when we used it. There was also a couch that could fold out to double bed and a small table with 4 chairs. The main bedroom had a king bed that could be split into 2 single and also another smaller tv. The other room had 2 singles in it, enough bedding with extra blankets if needed. The bathroom was OK toilet and shower located here with a hairdryer by the mirror. Overall I would stay here again.

β β β β β Located on a main road so there was a little bit of traffic noise but didn't really notice it in the room. Room was good 2 rooms lounge and a small kitchen as you walked in had a sink 4 hob cooker and microwave. Had a small fridge and freezer but perfect for what you need. There was a heat pump for heating and cooling set on a 2 hr timer and TV with sky in lounge and main bedroom

β β β β β I definitely recommend this place!.. It's clean, modern, sunny, well decorated and the staff are awesome!!! I had to take a bus to the airport to pick up my rental car, but it would have meant taking the wife and kids, plus all our bags to the airport with me since the pickup time was 11:30am and checkout there is 10am. The owner extended my cherckout time to 12pm for free to make things easier for me. It was a very kind gesture and a big help!. There are lots of shops within a reasonable walking distance and and the area is quiet. I will definitely stay there again and I recommend it to anyone else who needs accommodation in Christchurch.

β β β β β Stayed in a big family unit. Very comfortable, very clean. Cleaner tidied up around our stuff everyday. Reception was friendly and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to malls, bus stops, multiple restaurants and park. Would definitely stay here again.
