★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but good experiences with this place. Great value for money. Nice, tidy rooms. Big, clean bathrooms. Great location. Plenty of space. We had three adults, with one bed in the living room and it was perfect. Not too small and perfectly cozy. If you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep without all the extras like a pool, games room, breakfast or nice views, and just need a good base while you're out and about (like we did) then I highly recommend this motel. Will be quick to visit again next time I am in Christchurch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would NOT recommend. We went into lockdown so I tried to change booking to a later date, was told to send email with new dates but email was never replied. They would not refund as well. The person who answered the phone did not seem professional, customer service was very poor. Such a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed, stayed 3 nights, room was serviced but did not replace the likes of coffee or milk etc also no changing of towels unlike most other places.
Rooms are far from sound proof and does not have a spa or wellness center as listed on booking.com

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose this motel specifically because it was dog friendly. We were delighted to find that the service was fantastic, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable as well. The location is very handy to a number of food outlets. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room I stayed in is run down, there are lots of marks on the walls, the chairs have no padding so it feels like you will fall through the seat, a wine glass is half broken, not enough cutlery is supplied, the lights outside the room are very bright and the curtains very thin, window latches are broken. The room hasn't been serviced every day during the stay and is a bit grubby, there is mouse poo on the kitchenette cabinets. A fellow guest found rotting fruit in their room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were to stay at this motel this week. It is nothing like the pictures show. The linen was lying all over the ground outside a garage. Was asked to pay straight away even though they had our visa number when I asked to speak to manager was told I couldn’t. We never stayed there but would not give us any money back. I could go on but I won’t. Wouldnot recommend.

The bed very comfy..probably not a good idea to put red duvet covers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 rooms for a work trip and we went into lockdown, flights with Air NZ cancelled so tried to cancel our rooms to book at a later date and they will not refund the booking charge. Understandable if we werent in lock down and i changed my mind however we have no control over this. Will never use this premise again.
