★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking beds, I weigh less than 60kg and could feel all the springs and wire in the mattress, they felt like very very cheap new mattresses or 25+ yr old ones. Sheets didn't cover the beds either. Black mould in the bathrooms which was smelly. Room was tidy but not clean. Black gunky muck in recesses around the kitchen sink. Parking tight, no good if your towing a trailer or driving a large vehicle. There were 3 cars boxed in over night. Location central to city amenities, located on a busy 4 lane road. Service was friendly, sleeps alot of people for the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, had everything you would need for a one night stay. You get what you pay for. Free wifi and it was pretty fast. Room was quite small but okay for a few nights, wouldn't want to stay there for long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was bare basics and old looking. Upside was that it had a heatpump. Reasonably close to Westfield Riccarton, so could walk there easier than driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying at quite a few motels lately. This was one of my least favourite ones unfortunately. The room was just a bit old and cheap. No offence. For a cheap stay it is fine though but I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay. I could park outside my room which was good but we do need to check in earlier than the 2pm check in and they couldn’t accommodate to this unfortunately. Overall a 3 out of 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The kitchen with an oven, microwave and fridge was perfect for us to cook dinner. Nice and quiet. Didnt really hear much of the traffic on the 2 lane road out the front. Decent price too.

Could do with some mantinance and cleaning in certain areas.
The beds although comfortable are way too soft. Also could do with new linen.
The door on my room sticks.
Gardening not done. But it is pet friendly.
I don't think I'd stay here again..

Horrible parking if someone has a trailer on and takes up a few parks.
Heaps of mold in the bathroom on walls and roof, have photos for proof etc.
Other than the parking and the mold it was ok
