★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very noisy. Difficulty checking in with the language barrier. Not as clean as I would expect. Hairs on the bathroom floor and finger prints all over kitchen cupboards. However bed was comfortable and location was handy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such an amazing stay! the place was tidy and clean! we also had locked our keys in our car, and the owners went out of their way to help us, they let us use their AA membership card and we got the service for free. We both are truly thankful and definitely reccommend this motel to anyone wanting to stay with warm, friendly, welcoming people

Room was spacious and clean.
Aircon and Wi-Fi worked well.
Housekeeping was good.
Not a lot of noise from other rooms.
The shower had good pressure.
Having a small kitchen (Hot plate) was convenient.
Enough parking onsite.
Would happily stay here again if we are back in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was only visiting. Room is small but ideal for 1 person, in great location if you dont mind the noise of traffic on Blenheim Road. Shower is great apparently. I thought slightly over priced at $100 per night for the size.
