★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give this place 0 stars. When I raised major concerns about the safety of a carseat, my comments were deleted repeatedly and then I was blocked from commenting. So they are quite happy to sell a carseat that has been proven to break into two pieces in a crash test at 50km hour. Car seat techs are working with the safety standards team to get the seat banned from NZ and removed from the approved list. They would rather sell these seats and make money, than pull them from the shelves and potentially save a baby/childs life!!! Do not buy the skep 3 in 1 seat from this store or any other. They are cheap for a reason. I just can't fathom how this company is willing to put lives at risk when they know full well theres issues with this seat. Beyond disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife is still 3months away, but we went there just to check stuff out. Ended up buying the Plush wooden cot. Product looks great & sturdy. Price was a steal so we had to grab one from a couple left! Afterpay made it alot sweeter. Will be coming back for sure. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a high chair and a toddler bed frame. While the high chair came with no visible issues, we honestly wish we could love the toddler bed as we've been eyeing it online for some time now, but it came with loads of defects. While the bed frame itself is 'usable' (minus the wobbly bed base panel), for the price, I wish it was better made. Not sure if it's on the fault of the business and/or the couriers, but we received a toddler bed frame in shoddy packaging, that had fragments of missing wood, dried hot glue markings, and a dark blue coloured dent in one of the legs. Not to mention, a wood panel came separate from the bed base itself (we were confused at first why there was an 'extra' panel, before realising it was part of the bed base). This revealed nails which can be very dangerous had we not hammered the wood panel back onto the nails (though it resulted in not being as tightly fixed in place as the other bed base panels).
