β β β β β I wanted to book into the FREE skin analysis session - it required a $39 dollar deposit too book. On top of that, that $39 is not refunded to you. So the session is falsely advertised as free when there is a charge of $39.
As well, my friend booked a session earlier and was not asked for a deposit. It seems that they pick and choose who they want to charge the $39 for.

β β β β β I had my first treatment here yesterday on their opening day, and was really impressed with the service. The consultation was thorough, the nurse answered all of my questions, and gave detailed aftercare instructions. It's too soon to comment on the results but the process was great.

She provided me with very helpful information and answered all my questions in detail. I feel totally safe and confident in Julz's ability to make me look wonderful. Would highly recommend her. β β β β β I canβt recommend the ladies at lovely in Newmarket enough. Being a little apprehensive as Iβve had less than satisfactory service from a different beauty chain for laser hair removal, I couldnβt have been happier with the treatment and care given to me by Pranati. She thoroughly went through the process, and how to get the best of the laser removal. She did test patches and was so thorough and professional with the treatment. Despite being crazy busy at the front desk Cara (I think that was the ladies name) remained composed, efficient and friendly. Thank you!

β β β β β Highly recommended. I've had four treatments with Camilla so far and all have been perfect. She made me very comfortable and was happy to answer all my questions. Communication from the clinic was great through lockdown delays, and staff are always lovely and helpful.
