★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 will stay here every time I come to rotorua! Great prices (233 for a 2 bedroom family suit with a private hot pool) looks super cute and is really clean an tidy. Bonus the manager was super lovely at all times. They also have x2 free mineral spas for all guests to book for 30 mins per session which is more than enough to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely beautiful place to stay, friendly staff, clean comfy bedrooms. Plenty space and the kitchen had everything we needed, plenty parking spaces and the thermal pool was gorgeous, close to everything. Thank you for a good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotless, motel manager and other workers were super friendly, the place was clean and the air con kept us comfortable throughout the nights. Tight parking space tho but good lighting and good cctv coverage for our vehicles.
Gotta say this tho. been reading some recent reviews about this motel here, it is funny how others could blame the motel for their own mistake, sounded like Karens didn't read their confirmation and getting mad at themselves for being stupid. Own up your mistake stop blaming others or expect people to fix your mistake because you are so special, Keep up the good work Emily, we will be coming back.
