β β β β β Qe were disappointed with Tuscany Villas...the customer service was great when we arrived....the room had no aircon and I would never have booked here had i realised this...I assumed it would...and it was stifling in our room with no airflow...there was a ceiling fan but it was pretty useless and an additional fan and thank God for that or we would have cooked.....we stayed 2 nights and they only partially serviced our room..they made the 2 single beds but didnt nake up the main bed. We asked if this could be done while we were out which they said would be done plus we asked for another fan as the room was unbearable. When we came back neither the bed had been made nor the fan brought to our room. We thought this was really slack. They have a nice outdoor pool which was a godsend too. We wouldnt be back to stay as there is just so much choice for very comparable prices with better amenities. I wouldnt recommend this place in summer at all...aircon should be standard.

β β β β β Nice hΓ΄tel. We stayed two nights. Suite room was good, clean and the small kitchen was full of useful gadgets. If you stay two days the room will be not be done. When we arrived no soap was present in the bathroom.

β β β β β My go to place to stay whenever I go to Rotorua. The manager Judith is so friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfy and the spas in the room are an added bonus! It's only minutes from town, supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways. I love the atmosphere and the rooms have always been super clean!

β β β β β We stayed here a month ago and couldn't recommend it to anyone. The room itself was great - a little dated but very clean and spacious. However we were told that we weren't able to get a late checkout, but when I called at 3pm on the day we checked out as I thought I had left something behind, I was told that the room hadn't been cleaned yet! The service at reception was pretty frosty even though we made no complaints at all. Some other guests were the main problem - there were 2 sets of guests who were very loud until the early hours of the morning, they were sitting outside talking very loudly and their language was very colourful. Some of the other guests were pretty intimidating and I wouldn't have liked to have been travelling alone or by myself with children. There are also no designated car parks, so when we got home at about 10 pm on the Saturday night there were no available car parks at Tuscany Villas or the next door motel, so we had to park on the road. Not impressed at all and we won't be back

β β β β β My husband and I stayed at the hotel before starting our big adventure. Room/suite was spacious and pleasant. By the way the location is the best. I had a good rest there as the surroundings were very peaceful. The hotel was only a few minutes from shopping,resturants etc. Bathrooms are similarly spacious with good shower.

β β β β β Really enjoyed my stay here. I had messed up my booking and they were amazingly accomodating even late at night. Really kind and helpful.
Room was large and clean. Comfy bed and great wee kitchenette as well as a lovely spa :)
Would certainly stay again.

β β β β β Awesome place! Would highly recommend.. staff are kind and caring and the room , oh mate , absolutely 100% comfort .. this place will make you forget your worries and very homely.
The beds are beautiful, I'm sleeping in a king size and very very cozy.
You really dont know what your missing.

β β β β β Very rude manager. I booked through Hotels.com and selected the option to pay at the property as we wanted to split the bill with friends. However the hotel just took the amount from my credit card without my consent. When I called them to complain they told me if I don't like it they'll cancel the booking and hung up. I eventually got the refund after few days and were left with no place to stay for the weekend. Stay away!
