★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving 1 star as there is no lower rating available. Cobwebs in the corners of the room. This is the worst accommodation of the three that we booked by Great Value Vacations. Golden Chain ought to visit their partner facilities periodically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is old, and verry dirty. It did not raise up to our expectations. Altough the owner is very friendly i do not reccoment staying here.
One star is actually too much. Never had a worse motel in my life. We left before end of stay. It was u healthy to be in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very run down, needs a good clean and paint. I would not recommend this place.We enjoyed the pool but trees around the pool were over growen and loss tiles make for an accident. I admit the location was handy to shops and Rotorua township, but i was very dissapionted with the facilities - it is sad that this type of accomadation is allowed to operarate in one of NZ's busiest tourist locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked two rooms for an occasion for family as have stayed here many times in the past. Ownership has changed and place is not.like how it used to be. Needs tlc, broken furniture outside, paint needed, rubbish around, broken awnings swinging, and the list goes on. For the price paid I will be sourcing future accommodation elsewhere. Spoke.to owner he didn't care at all. Really really.disappointing . Would.give no date but that's not an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 4/10/2018, great position to Rotorua mall and town centre, great parking at door of your room, and did have pool and 2 working spas, pool needing tidying. room needed clraning bed ok, shower blew hot and cold, the shower base was stainless steel was not attached properly to floor and made a loud noise when stood on this being I'll fitting meant water did not empty, would gain general maintenance

We had a lower floor apartment which was also quite noisy and the blinds didn't block the car headlights in the car park adequately so our room lit up as late as 2:30am when other guests returned home. Staff were nice. Wouldn't stay again though.
