They moved my house, stored my house and then shifted to my new house. These guys work so hard and very efficiently. A very good company to deal with....from quoting to the final move into my new house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2008 we moved within our town Invercargill and used these guys. Two guys showed up one had a disability and was not capable of the work. The other had no idea what he was doing. The smashed a window at our rental we were leaving. And when they got to our new address the damaged alot of our stuff. It was dumped on the drive and they left. Worst movers ever. Do not use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ moved with AP from Auckland to WA - found out whilst unpacking my belonging that the removalists used my clean towels, sheets, Manchester to wrap up my chattels including vases, paintings and furniture - also used as a "filler" in between empty spaces in cartons - I had to wash all my towels, sheets, Manchester again as they were dirty and crumpled - the company denied any knowledge and liability for their actions and claimed that they were not their employees and only subcontractors and they were no longer working for them and refused my request for compensation - this was despite providing clear photographic evidence - would not recommend using this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so unimpressed with your service. Can someone from the Auckland branch get in touch with me? No one answers the phone during office hours. Sending emails to me advising my items have arrived at Palmerston North and text messages to rate the service but I have NOT received my items. And I have just been told by the Palmerston North branch my items are still stranded in Auckland despite pick up from my home being on 13th October - I was advised ETA is 28th October. I understand COVID makes it difficult but what is making me annoyed is the prompt communication before I had made payment and once money has gone through ZERO communication. My email is not getting responded. I can accept 1-2 weeks delay but to hear my items have just been sitting in Auckland for the last 3.5 weeks just boils my blood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with Allied. We were in the process of finalising our move but they suddenly went back on their quote saying they would no longer be able to offer the hourly rate and gave us a new quote that is way beyond what is reasonable. We had initially declined other companies’ quotes and had to go back again to find another removal company in a hurry!
Also very poor communication. We were regularly in contact with a customer service consultant but was told we had to call the general Allied number to make an appointment for a video survey. However could never get through even after several times or calling.
Finally, we received an email from our customer service consultant saying they would be going on leave and the emails will not be monitored. We have not heard back from them since!
Untrustworthy, unprofessional and poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE ALLIED. I moved from Auckland to Wellington. The Auckland team were disorganised and unprofessional. Turned up with small truck and had to go get a bigger one. had slow tired workers who were poorly trained - I had to instruct them to keep all parts together but they still failed. I paid extra for additional wrap and protective packing - but they missed several listed items - and consequently brand new fridge was dented and new couch broken and other major items - including missing bed parts - so had to sleep on floor for weeks while bed issues was sorted!!. They don't take care of your possessions. Only good thing was they did pay out insurance -( which took months )so always get insurance!!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still awaiting my furniture and being fobbed off and nobody answers Me. This firm takes your. Money and lies about delivery date. I was told a few weeks shipping it's six weeks on Thursday. Still waiting allied pull your. Head out of you bum and talk to me please I. Suggest getting somebody else as this seems to be their best hey can do for me. I'd not even. Give one star as they don't talk with you. They operate on a leave your number and we WILL call you back. And the little girl waits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started out looking like a great option and very promising. Hard to get committed answers and times,dates etc. At the receiving end misleading information not supported by other parties involved with reasons as to why we don't have furniture 3 weeks later and still don't have confirmed definite dates for delivery. Blamed ship which docked 3 days earlier than we were told. We work shifts at the hospital but supposedly can take time off when this company decides that they feel like delivering. Not possible to get a date that won't shift/change was supposed to be here 25th Feb....but every day we take off to be advised at 5pm it not coming via email is not paid....
