Due to covid there was a delay on my cars arrival but I had regular contact with Michael Bartlett and Paul Wilkinson at Kia to keep me updated on everything. The whole experience was well managed, easy and professionally done. Michael Bartlett was a great communicator and a friendly face. He knew what he was talking about and was able to keep me up to date though out my many months of waiting. All round I had a great experience with Andrew Simms Botany and would highly recommend them to others.

I regularly did my homework on our big purchase and geeked-out to learn as much of the new vehicle we selected. Adrian then Chante were accommodating and filled a lot of the unknowns and were very helpful and responsive to all our queries. They handled us professionally and are very pleasant to deal with. Overall a happy experience buying our brand new family vehicle from Andrew Simms Botany.

I know there’s shipping delays but ordering a car under a impression that stock will be available then to find out it gets pushed back with 3 more false landing dates. Will have waited a year … who knows maybe even longer at this rate. Barely any updates from the salesperson, no solutions, very misleading. Do better. Had enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the reason why I'll never buy a KIA again. The sales team is excellent as expected. But the service team is a whole different story. Waited 11 months for a repair (car still under warranty) was told multiple times that they don't have any parts and waiting. All it took was 1 phone call to Kia New Zealand and 2 days later I'm booked in for the exact same repair that the parts were not in the country.

We definitely recommend Ajay's Sales Performance, to be 10/10.

Slight problem with the car, but Bennie and Andrew Matheson, the Kia Brand Manager sorted it, with no delays. I highly recommend the team at Andrew Simms Botany for a solid buying experience.
