I had a bit of buyers regret with my Kia. I bought it from a different dealer where I got great pre-sale service, but mediocre post sale service. I tried Kia Henderson and the service was great. Far better than where I used to go, and will be back in the future.

Bought a Suzuki Vitara (2nd hand) had noticed some faults still existing 3 mths later. When taken back to check, I was able to leave it there for fixing. Received excellent service from salesman Craig and service manager Dave. Was very impressed and would definitely be back. Fully recommend.

Do not bother purchasing from here. Got a brand new Kia Stonic sold to us by DEVESH. On pick up there was no time taken to assist us in understanding the vehicle and all its controls. We asked multiple questions and the salesperson either did not bother to answer or told us to google the information. The process was rushed, he did not bother to explain any of the features and had poor customer service. Was β€œbooked in” for a vehicle check in the first month of ownership, however did not receive any communication regarding this β€œbooking”. Additionally, extra accessories purchased weren't ready either and was told these would be installed during this check - it never happened. It seems as though the salesperson wanted to make a quick sale and to get commission and did not offer any form of communication or customer service during the process once the money was received by the company. Have now requested a refund months after for the accessories were still not provided and had the incorrect amount refunded (less than what was originally paid) and have had to chase it up on several occasions. It has been four weeks since the last email we sent with false promises to rectify but nothing is happening. Worse service and worst salesperson to deal with. Would not recommend! Have purchased from other dealerships and had great experiences and have been shown how to use all features and had time allocated prior to picking up the car to go over all the necessary information. This was not the case with kia and we were almost hurried out the door as soon as we arrived for pick up and told to β€œgoogle the features”?? Please respond to our emails and refund the CORRECT amount of money immediately or I will be escalating the issue further.
