but it is incorrect, that view is in fact downstream from Balloon Loop overlooking a place on the Upper Waiau River called Boulder Reach The area of river below that was named "Anduin Reach" by the News Media several years ago where a proposed Cycle Trail is currently planned..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite nice, even if you are not a fan of the movies. You don't need to drive to the Kepler car park. There is a really small parking spot on the right side. Then walk through the forest until you see a rope on a tree. Don't go down the rope as you don't see anything down there anymore
