β β β β β When I pay $75 to see the doctor for five minutes, I expect to have a private, quiet room. Not to be sitting with the doctor in a common area with a family seeing another doctor mere inches away, and also the construction guys chatting loudly on the other side of us. That is unacceptable. Also with two reception areas, people aren't seen in the order they arrived, which should be a primary focus of any business. At least the nurse and doctor were very friendly.

β β β β β I went to the clinic as a casual patient to do an cervical smear test. The receptionist told me that I have to see a nurse to do it and charged me $45 dollars for the appointment.
I also requested a blood test to check if everything with my body was ok, as I'm stuck in nz and I wanted to be sure that my health is good, just a general exam. She(receptionist) told me to check about that with the nurse as well.
So I wait for my appointment just to find out that because I'm from overseas, I have to paid in CASH another 45$ ( I didn't have it cause nobody told me about this beforehand). Also I was not allowed to go to an atm and get that money, nor even pay with my credit card.
I said ok, I won't do the smear test, just blood test, and the nurse told me that for doing that I will have to see a gp and talk with him.
So to see a gp or do the cervical smear test I will need to book another appointment on a different day and pay among other things another 45$ dollars to see the nurse again.
After 5 minutes or less I walked out of the room. The nurse did absolutely nothing to check my health even though I paid $45 Dollars. She just welcomed me to explain what the receptionist should have told me.
It's a shame the only thing you wanted is just take my money, maybe for you is not much but I'm not in a position to give money away for nothing.
You should explain everything beforehand to avoid people waste time and money.
I don't recommend this clinic at all, try to avoid it as you probably will only lose money.

β β β β β Waited days and days to get an appointment, finally managed to make one via email. Have had a gastro bug going on six days now and wouldn't let me keep my appointment due to having ONE cold and flu symptom of fever, which is obviously due to the gastro. Told to come back at 5pm or wait out the back in my car in the hopes that MAYBE I'll be seen. Not even close to good enough

β β β β β Hard to get an appointment with your primary doctor within a week. The manage myhealth app is always crashing. Staff seems to turnover all the time although the ones that are there a nice.

β β β β β As a new patient I was very happy with the service I have received. The staff are very friendly and only to happy to help you. Although kept very busy it is a very happy practice. The medical center itself is very up to date more so than one I previously went to in a large city.
