★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Item arrived to me on the 27th of December damaged. Have tried ringing every day since then to talk to them about claiming on it and end up leaving a message on thier voice mail. No call back. Very unprofessional as they normally have excellent service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When a calling card is left. They "should" wait for the customer for instructions to deliver. Aramex decided to deliver to the wrong address. Even though they left a calling card at the intended address. Is this true incompetence? I would not recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pity I can't give a lower rating than one star!!!! They CLAIM that I was sent me a pin for collection of my order as well as voice SMSes to notify me of the collection code. NEVER HAPPENED!!!! Attempts to contact them unsuccessful so now I'm stuck with no order and a bunch of money out of pocket. They should NOT be allowed to operate any further!!! PLEASE DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR ORDERS TO THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You really have to stop running this business. Very unreliable and bad customer service. Out of my last 10 shippings, one of them has been lost, one of them has been delivered to the wrong address and 3 of them have been severely delayed - I know there’s some delay nationwide but it was unacceptable length of time compare to other courier companies. Not even worth 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is ridiculously expensive. The company I work for is now being charged $51.06 to send a box of wine from Napier to Nelson. We use their printer system and online portal to make it easier for their driver scheduling, but it is cheaper to just buy a book of old skool sticker/tickets and bypass their whole online offering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There answer phone message says they close at 5.30pm well I've just rung them and it's 5.07 pm snd they are closed. As for the parcel I'm looking for. The last 4 days it has Said its. with the courier .I've rung aramex last 3 days in a row trying to track down my parcel every day they promise me it will be delivered today. And 4 days later I'm still waiting for it read all the reviews on here not a good company to deal with many one star reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did their job by recieving and notifying me it has arrived at Depot. Failed to deliver because package was apparently to heavy to load. 21kg Boxing bag. My opinion it wasn't to heavy to lift by myself into my car. Guess I'm disappointed that I may have not known of the weight restriction & had to pickup myself even though I chose delivery service. Customer Service wasn't that great either on approach and departure. Should attend to customer instead of being distracted by other staff members and their lives. ?
One thing I can Thank this company for is holding it untill I picked up a week later.
