★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee arrived without calling ahead of time that they were coming for pick up and then yelled at us repeatedly and aggressively for it. Said he'd pick it up tomorrow and then raced off down our driveway. Came back an hour later to pick it up without even apologizing for his poor behavior.
Emailed the company with complaint and they said it was "great customer service" that he came back for the package. Seriously? What about not mistreating your paying customers in the first place. That's what great customer service actually is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just another tick for the lady who delivers our parcels. Ex service every time I must say. We get our parcels EARLY unlike another firm with blue and white lettering who cant work out that my company name refers to business mail so we will deliver your items with our slow mail...!! Very pleased with NZ Couriers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this company 0 stars if that was an option. I scheduled an extremely important medical test to be collected and sent out of the country urgently. The courier never arrived and now the entire testing process must be ordered and completed again. This has delayed diagnosis and treatment of a life threatening condition. Absolutely unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My local guy is definitely the BEST courier firm that delivers to me but a country mile!! These guys are expensive for parcels which is definitely a big negative but I dear say that has nothing to do with the local courier guys..So..BIG thumbs up to my man who comes to Tomoana Rd!!
