★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most busiest ASB branches in the area, even during off-peak hours there is a long queue. I think it is time for ASB to extend and renovate their branch properly. The ANZ branch in Sylvia Park is a size comparison I would like to expect of for ASB especially considering it has many different receptionist slots that aren't in use. Not recommended for business, it would take a very long time especially when wanting to talk with the business people about loans or mortgages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service and experience in manukau mall branch. Had to wait in line for an hour to open a joint account. There’s plenty of staff but they are just lingering around, trying to look busy. Staff spent half their time telling customers how they got the job as they were redundant and all. Also 3 people standing behind a cashier while she’s serving. Instead they can be useful and help customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to covid & the temporary closure of smaller outlets this Branch is experiencing high demand from clients. Expect the wait - up to 45 minutes in a queue - if you are unable to bank online. Staff however, were brilliant & looked after frail clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE worst branch in Auckland. If I could give it a Zero I would. The so called "Customer service agents" are snobby, lazy and very rude. They have refused to help my employees with depositing cash EVEN while all their machines were down.. in fact they tell numerous customers to go to other branches... despite the 20min drive. Should have a think about better training or better selection of employees perhaps?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware the wait time can range anywhere from 45 mins to 1 hour. Long queues, limit of 9 customers inside the branch
, priority hour for elderly between 9-10 and 1 hour lunch break between 11:30-12:30. All these adds to the wait times. If you are wanting to do simple things be prepared for long wait times and best to avoid these times. Despite all these staff are doing the best to assist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here due to lots of branches not being open. Queue was very long when I arrived but staff were coming out to meet people in the queue in order to sort issues quicker. Very helpful and friendly staff. Best service at a bank I’ve had in a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking queue length & poor customer experience. Two cash transaction counters and one non-cash counter. The cash customer queue was long. But the non-cash counter had no one. So the teller that was on the non-cash counter just walked off. You'd think that she could help with the cash customers huh? Nope. And the two cash counters were manned by trainees. Poor things. They managed but if the other counter was opened that would ease the load.
