★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All we wanted was to set up a credit card a business account, couldn't do this at any other location than the business branch. Then you have to make an appointment but they were busy that day. And the bank isn't open on Saturdays so it's more about what works for the bank and not the customer. No wonder we just moved our home loans. Seems to be a trend of one star ratings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to the branch on Saturday 5th requested for someone to call us for an appointment still no one call - not sure how long it takes to ask someone to pick up the phone and call - we will go in and withdraw all our saving and try a different bank that cares and values their customers.
