★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shut westpac nz down because it does not meet or match standards that of westpac australia 30 mins everytime on hold to get help and poor customer service to add also!! Any one wanting a bank account or to do buissness with Westpac nz look else where!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ these 1 star reviews seem very over the top ("worse customer service ever" far from it). this branch is pretty nice but please note that because of its small size it will take a while before you get service because a lot of people will be going to the bank during the weekend like you. if you want to go to this branch, weekdays are best and there's less customers in line.
the staff are nice. when i came to sort out my bank account and a few other things, the staff helped me while i was a bit stressed and explained a lot of things i needed to know. had a good chat with the big guy (if he reads this, sorry mate i forgot your name) about kiwi saver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really bad experience with this bank first time ever. Manukau westpac branch should be close because they dont want to open an account for their customers. I visited to the branch 5 times. All the time they said they will contact me and book an appointment. Our profile already been created there with one of their officer, submitted all documents, but they did not open an account. No contact being made from them. ????? don't go there and do not waste ur time.

But the change machine is constantly out of order! For a BRAND NEW site, the change machine has been out-of-order 90% of the time! We bank our company takings 3 days a week and get change at same time, change machine has been broken at least once or twice a week since this site has opened!! Sort it out westpac!!
