★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything we call, voice message says, due to higher call volumes calls can not b answered. Even if we call at 8am in the morning. I know these customer service people can sit n chat smoke n have long breaks but we also have genuine reason to call. N if we go to branches, we stand there for 30mins b4 we reach the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star only for the non convenience of the ATMs not been able to make a deposit despite it being an ATM that does deposits drive thru especially at level 4 lockdown which will prevent having to go inside and potentially be near others. Disappointed that the machines are not fully functional all the time like it states.
