★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Asb client for over 10yrs, today I pop in to open account for my kids. That is quite simply request for bank. But their staff took nearly 40mins for typing in their system then give me different answer from Sylvia park branch. Totally waste time. The bank need trading your staff to know your products properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I've experienced such a great customer service from Aman, He was spot on and extremely responsive and working as a frontman all alone (Understaffed) and quickly get going to such a huge que all by himself.
Thanks a lot Aman.
Being a Branch Manager, I can imagine that pressure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, went for CC payment and one of the bank employee was too arrogant and harsh and couldn't help with the online payment options and asks to get cash to pay the CC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! Went in to deposit over $1000 and decided to use the ATM deposit. It took my money and then cancelled the transaction leaving me with nothing. Spoke to the lady and she told me I would have to wait for 2 days as it was the weekend. Said I would get a call on Monday before 11 am. 11 am comes around and no call. Tried calling the branch and it just rang for 5 minutes and hung up. Called the call centre and they told me they would follow up. Eventually I got the money back in my account but received no communication. Horrible customer service, their whole system isn't geared to caring about their customers they just want your money. Disgraceful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst ASB branch around no customer service skills and no manners. They treat old people very poorly. They couldn't even help my Dad out to setup his banking accounts. No wonder all the branches are closing down hope this one goes as well. How do these people get jobs..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was booked for 10:00 am appointment and reached there before time. It was just to collect the clever cash for my 3 years old and it took more than 1 hour for these slow people to operate. They were running here and there panicking but god knows for what reason. Lady went in to get the photo copies of my DL and my son’s birth certificate and came after 18 minutes. Question to ASB does it take someone 18 minutes to photocopy 2 piece of paper? The least you could do is to ask your staff to respect other people’s time and they would automatically become efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady I saw when I went in to ask about advice for a loan was very unfriendly and unhelpful. She seemed to treat me as just an inconvenience.
Whenever I asked for clarification or tried to explain things she would just hurriedly ask the question again.
It didn't help that we had to try to talk in the loud room with all the other customers and could barely hear each other.
They couldn't even help me with what I needed since all their well trained staff can only be reached over the phone.
