★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 15+ minutes at the counter, took that long for someone to serve me although the person cooking could see me. When the counter person came she asked if I ordered online, I said no as I was only getting a side, I told her i am just getting a side and she said she had quite a few orders to do and walked back into the kitchen. So I sat and waited.....another 10-15mins and still nothing so I placed a order online whilst waiting. I saw a different checkout operator and went back to the counter and asked about my online order (just fries) and she handed them to me. 30mins just for fries?????? poor customer service too, not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers are amazing. But toilet is broken. No where to wash hands. No napkins on the counter and only on one table. Floor was dirty. Its noisy. Dont recommend eating in.
Kids burgers are also over flavoured and saused for kids.

I am very disappointed from the quality of the food from this restaurant
I love burger-fuel but it was first and last time on this store at 22 stoddart road, Mt Roskill
Chicken fenders was excessively salted and burger itself had no flavor and burnt top and bacon inside
My Lunch experience was totally ruined
There was no problem with the service but quality itself was veryyyyy poooooor ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used the Mt Roskill branch a couple of times prior to this time. I did an online order which was easy to do and I understand the staff shortages in this challenging environment. My problem was the quality of the food in the order. The burger was sticking to the bottom of the box and the burger was soggy underneath the bun and it was not put together very well. Some of the chips were under cooked. I would rather have a longer wait time for better quality food. In a food business like this, the quality and presentation has to be on point otherwise you will start losing customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just been in and was told that I couldn't place an order as they were too busy .
There was no one in the place, nearly every seat was empty .
Completely dropping the ball on customer service and I wonder given that we've just come out of a pandemic why you would say no to money coming in your door ???
And weather the owner would feel the same way.
As I was not the only one that was turned away .

A taste sensation. The chicken perfect. The beef outstanding. The fries with just the right crunch. A very rare find... Thank you. Long may it continue. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The have nice spacious place inside decorated nicely. COVID time no staff inside just one staff taking order and serving too .They have vegan and vegetarian options of burgers .The taste very different it’s very yum especially the moto bites made of chikpeas ,ginger and pumpkin.
