★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to say, low star is purely for the staff, on two occasions we were my friend and I were treated with low customer service ( I gave benefit of doubt since they are busy or short staff) but recently the girl at the cashier was rude (did not get her name but the docket reads Paola), who ever she is I am sure she needs to be trained on how to LIE in the first place second, second, every customer walks in to your store is not looking for cheap or discounts. third, if you lie .....simply say sorry but don't keep lying, it becomes oblivious.
The staff at St. Lukes mall is awesome and they love their job unlike the girl at Dress-mart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside of Dressmart Onehunga. This is a discount mall, so prices can be really good.. store sells Mountain Warehouse hiking/tramping products, prices are very good. So if you're looking for outdoor gear and clothing it's well worth a look. Staff helpful and friendly. Parking in the Mall but can be difficult as Mall popular and parking runs short .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited onehunga store since i am travelling overseas wanted to buy some jacket’s for my family back home when i was searching for them i was approached by nihal who went out of the way to help me with the same not only was he helpful was also very knowledgeable and he knew what my requirements were and made it very easy for me to do a purchase and to add to the supper service on a busy day also got my stuff at good price will recommend mountain warehouse dress smart to every one awsome customer service thanks Nihal for everything .

He was so helpful, professional and can see a true team player!!! It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this kind of care in retail hospitality or service!! My very first experience at Mountain Warehouse and I’ll be going back because of Malcolm!!! So happy with my new hiking boots!!!
