★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Had a 10 oclock booking and had to wait ten minutes after an 11:30 arrival.
- price changed appon arrival from $150 on phone to $165.
- room was extremely unhygienic even after waiting an extra 20 minutes for cleaner to service room.
- cooking facilities were very poor only one element worked, dish brush had hair weaved thro bristles , fridge was warm and milk was sour.?
-bathroom facilities were appalling.
-only a few lights worked.
could wright a novel but who has time to read it.
NOT RECOMENDED !!!!?had to stay as every where else was booked out for the weekend we were there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lack of cleanliness in our unit was so bad, we wouldn't even use the shower. As there was no other accommodation in Auckland at short notice that particular weekend, we had to stay, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere.
This was not simply one day, or one month's neglect, but enough time for mould to be growing, thick, in many areas of the bathroom.
Anyone who likes things to be clean, stay away from this motel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 32 nights due to lockdown as we had just moved out of our house and were unable to move to new location because of restrictions. Room facilities were okay and room was clean. Rooms could not be serviced due to lockdown, this was understandable. However, even though there was a sign put at the entrance for no visitors, there were so many visitors with cars coming and going at all hours, many with loud music playing, we hardly slept. Complained 3 times to manager who said He couldn’t stop them and there was “nothing he could do and the police wouldn’t come”.
Spent 3.5k to be kept awake every night!
