β β β β β Totally bad experience from start of claim till finish Seven Months Had to fight and threaten onsbudsman on them Denied that damages occurred in recovery as surface rust on area where tow chain had crushed vacuume tank of course this was 3 months later when they looked at tank lol So many other things but a battle from start to finish Tried to beat me down on settlement amount The one thing they did well was arrange accomodation whilst vehicle was found and recovered Therefore one star

β β β β β Amazingly helpful, great service and insurance for your campervan. Instant cover for free while you are getting quotes, and you won't get it cheaper, with a lower excess and higher contents.

β β β β β I would like to say nice things about Covi, but their unprofessional handling of our current claim leaves a sour taste. They have not returned my call even when promised, have not listened to my claim details, took a week to even get started on the claim, and are now not returning the calls of the 3rd party. It makes me look bad even though I am trying to help the poor person whos vehicle I scratched with my camper. C'mon Covi, you have dropped the ball.
Footnote: Covi have contacted me and squared away the issues. Hats off!

β β β β β Terrible customer service, totally messed around with purchasing the policy and then putting in a claim. Had to involve the ombudsmans office and only reviewed a partial payment for full coverage and that was after months of negioataions.
