★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to stay. Dead insect under the sheets. No blankets. No fan. No proper window. Towels and room dirty. Staff started vacuuming at 7.45 am when I asked him to turn it off he said no laughed at me and continued! People live there. It's not a hotel is a one bedroom squat. 0/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite staff, but no windows! No air condition. Only one small vent for ventilation. Clogged shower drain and not really clean in general (and hotel policy is to charge additional 50NZD for cleaning!). No soundproofing - noises from the top floor, the adjacent rooms and the kitchen were easily heard. The combination of the aforementioned is not permitting people to relax and enjoy their stay. Regretfully no value for money.
